Why can’t I log-in to Master D’ Imaging’s website using previous Club Olympus Log-In credentials?
1. You won’t be able to use your old credentials to log into MDI’s website as your account wasn’t transferred or ported over from Olympus. What we do have, is your information pertaining to your existing Club Olympus membership.
2. To access our website, you’ll have to recreate a new account with us with this link: https://www.master-d.com.sg/register

Is there a separate log-in for Club Olympus members?
1. No, there isn’t a separate log-in page on MDI’s site: https://www.master-d.com.sg/login
2. This log-in will only be applicable to online shopping.
3. For various other activities, ie workshops, photowalks, and product training, you’ll be sent an email with regards to these various events for the time being.

Is my Club Olympus Membership transferred to Master D’ Imaging?
1. Yes, your Club Olympus Membership information has been transferred over to MDI, and you’ll definitely enjoy the perks of a Club Olympus member. With that being said, you’ll be able to enjoy your birthday treat, exclusive member activities, and events.
2. If you’re unsure about the status of your Club Olympus Membership, please drop us an email at members@master-d.com.sg and we’ll inform you of the following information;
  1. Membership status
  2. Membership number
  3. Membership expiry date

I’m interested to join Club Olympus, may I know how can I sign up for it?
1. To join the exclusive Club Olympus, please register your interest with us here: https://www.master-d.com.sg/blog/Club-Olympus-Registration
2. MDI will drop you an email to advise you on the procedure to join the exclusive Club Olympus.
  1. For new members, you’ll need to pay $88 for 2 years.
  2. For renewing members, you’ll only need to pay $48 for 2 years.
  3. Memberships which were expired exceeding 6 months, will be required to pay the full amount of $88 for 2 years.
3. A new copy of the Club Olympus E-Handbook will be sent to you via email when you have successfully signed up or renewed as a member of Club Olympus. For memberships not due for renewal, members can request a copy of this handbook at member@master-d.com.sg
4. Hence, you’ll be receiving 3 items upon successfully registering/renewing your membership.
  1. Club Olympus Membership E-Card
  2. Club Olympus Membership E-Booklet
  3. E-Invoice for the Club Olympus Membership registration/renewal.

Am I expected to receive an email from you regarding Club Olympus Membership?
1. No, there won’t be a follow-up email, an email titled “Olympus SG is back” is an indication that you’re an active member.

Are my existing Club Olympus points transferred over to Master D’ Imaging and Olympus Imaging SG?
1. No, they’re not transferred. As soon as MDI took over Olympus’ operations as of 1^st December 2020, all existing points were expired.
2. Hence, a goodwill voucher of 10% was given to all Club Olympus members on the 31^st of December 2020 which will expire on the 31^st of January 2021.
  1. Note: that vouchers will not be allowed to stack with the birthday treat and $200 upgrade voucher.
  2. Note: Vouchers are not allowed to be used with on-going promotions.
  3. Vouchers cannot be used to purchase new products that were recently released. MDI & Olympus Imaging SG will have the final say on what vouchers can be used on.

Can I stack my Birthday voucher, upgrade voucher, and goodwill voucher in a single transaction?
1. No, you’re not allowed to do that. However, you may use them in separate transactions to utilise these vouchers.
2. $200 upgrade vouchers can only be used for camera systems of OM-D E-M5 Mark 2 or better. Not applicable for batteries, bags, accessories, and miscellaneous items.
3. 20% birthday vouchers will only be valid on the month of your birthday and will expire on the last day of that month.
4. All vouchers can only be used for products priced at its Recommended Retail Pricing(RRP). And, Vouchers cannot be used to purchase new products that were recently released. MDI & Olympus Imaging SG will have the final say on what vouchers can be used on.

Would I be receiving emails regarding promotions or events, ie Photowalks & workshops?
1. Yes, emails will be sent to you actively. Information shared with you will be readily available online as well, including Facebook & Instagram. Please like and follow the following links to be updated on a daily basis:

Will there be any photowalks or workshops organised during such times?
1. Yes, there will be photowalks & workshops organised. As CoVid-19 is still around, Master D’ Imaging & Olympus Imaging SG’s number 1 priority is to ensure the safety of our staff and all members of Club Olympus.
2. Therefore, we will keep the numbers of participants small, and adhere to the compliance of the government’s safe distancing measures. As of 28^th of December 2020, only up to 8 pax per group, and each group can only interact within their own group, and cannot interact with other groups. Failure to do so will incur fines by Safe distancing measures from Government entities, MDI & Olympus Imaging SG will not be held liable.
