FAQ
1. What if the product runs out of stock after I have ordered or made payment?
Our Customer Service will get in touch with you on the wait time for restock. Should you find that it’s too long and do not wish to wait, we will proceed to refund you.
2. How will the refund/replacement duration be?
All refunds will take 2-3 working days to process subject to the payment merchant policy. For product replacement, it will be subjected to stocks availability. If item is in stocks and available, exchange can be done within 2-3 working days.
3.What is your return policy?
Within 7 days, if you change your mind, your purchase will be converted to store credit for you to use to buy the right item. For all other cases of returns, please proceed to our Returns page and cases will be accessed.
4. Can i cancel/change my order after it has been placed?
All orders placed will not be able to cancelled or changed. Please contact enquiries@master-d.com.sg for help.
5. How much is delivery?
Standard Delivery is FREE for orders above $200, For orders below $200, a delivery fee of $5 will be applicable.
*Note: Standard delivery will take between 4-6 days before you receive your items.
*Note. There will be some products that are odd-sized and special arrangements have to be made. You will be able to see the details on the product page.
6. Why can't I use the coupon codes or gift vouchers?
Before using either the coupon codes or gift vouchers, you'll need to register/create an account with us on our site to qualify a use for these coupons codes/gift vouchers.
7. Can I stack/combine the gift vouchers or coupon code in a single transaction?
No, you can't.
8. How should I include my company's detail if I'm buying on behalf of my company?
If you did not add your company's details when you register, go to your account on the top right corner of the site page.
Select in this order: My Account> My Addressbook> New Address> Input necessary information within the form.
While checking out, be sure to select your company's information upon checkout.
